Event #9: PokerStars Championship Super High Roller is upon us and the remaining 3 survivors are to play down to a winner. By the time all the scheduled 10 one-hour levels were completed, the star-packed field was trimmed to just 3 players. The remaining survivors needed to decide if they are to play down to a winner, or they will determine the name of the winner on the next day. Eventually, the players agreed to resume playing on the next day, which is today.
Day 2 of the tournament was completed with Timothy Adams leading the chip counts for the day with 6.045 million. The Canadian poker pro is to enter the three-handed battle with a commanding chip advantage over his opponents. It is interesting to note that the player is ranked in 6th place in Canada All-Time Money List. His extensive poker portfolio is a proof of his accomplished poker skills. The player has more than $7 million in total live earnings and multiple in-the money finishes.
Adrian Mateos from Spain is the other player to appear on the felt. He is to bring 1.79 million worth in chips. Mikita Badziakouski from Belarus is to enter the three-handed battle as the shortest stack, holding 665,000 in chips. They are all guaranteed a cash prize of no less than €244,900, but they all certainly vie for the title and the first-place prize of €555,000.
