Gambling enthusiasts and bingo fans in Manitoba are in for a treat, as this week, Gaming Arts announced the launch of its Bingo Millions® in the province. Its debut in the Canadian province is through a partnership with the Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries Corporation, and the game will be delivered through GA’s Canadian distributor, Bet Rite Inc.
Gaming Arts is a Las Vegas-based gaming manufacturer which concentrates on supplying bingo and keno games, systems, and content, and offers life-changing jackpots via its specialty bingo games. Its Bingo Millions® product is one of its many “SuperGames”, which has helped partners in increasing profitability, engaging and keeping new players, and bolstering revenues.
Now Available in Manitoba Properties
It should be mentioned, that Bingo Millions® was successfully launched at MBLL’s Casinos of Winnipeg, Club Regent Casino and McPhillips Station Casino on December 1, 2022. And in order to celebrate the occasion, properties offer bingo-branded cookies, colourful balloons, and last but not least a chance of snatching a US$1,000,000 jackpot for patrons.
The debut of the highly-anticipated bingo titles was a day stacked with excitement for the casino staff members, Gaming Arts, and Bet Rite employees, and last but not least bingo enthusiasts who came to give the game a try. For the special launch celebration, both Club Regent Casino and McPhillips Station Casino offered multiple sessions per day for patrons.
Bet Rite President, Billy MacLellan, commented that the provider is thrilled and thankful to have the MBLL as its first Canadian partner to introduce Bingo Millions to the local market. Mr. MacLellan believes that gamblers in Manitoba will have fun and excitement with the potential life-changing prize money that the game brings to their disposal.
Meanwhile, Gaming Arts’ CEO, Mike Dreitzer shared that the company is pleased to debut its bingo game in Canada. He also said that the firm collaborated with MBLL and Bet Rite to make the launch a reality. He thanked everyone who worked on the launch and said that the game has already generated a great buzz among bettors only a few days after its debut.
2021-2022 Report
Back in October 2022, the MBLL released its fiscal 2021-2022 report to the public. Through its sale of liquor, gaming, and cannabis for the financial year that ended on March 31, 2022, the agency generated CA$1.41 billion in revenues. This was a massive improvement on the 2020-21 fiscal year when its operations were heavily affected by casino closure.
At the start of 2022, the Crown corporation also shared its plans of exploring online gaming expansion in the province to compensate for the results of the 2020-2021 fiscal year. Currently, iGaming in the province is available via BCLC’s PlayNow, and the Crown agency was hopeful that the brand will be able to compete with the strong grey market operators.
