Ontario-based iGaming brand Bragg Gaming Group has once again enhanced its offerings. This week, the technology and content provider announced a licensing agreement with Sega Sammy Creation Inc. The deal grants the provider exclusive rights to distribute a selection of SSC content portfolio to internet gaming operators in the U.S., U.K. and other regulated markets.
Sega Sammy Creation is a unit of SEGA Sammy Group, which is a Japan-located holding company, which is quite popular in the gambling industry for its pachislot and pachinko machines. In addition to that, the company is widely popular for its SEGA-branded video game entertainment systems, as well as arcade games, and content.
The Agreement
This latest agreement between the two companies further strengthens Bragg Gaming Group’s content-driver strategy. It will enable for the aggregator to offer new and globally-renowned content to its many clients in the North American Markets. This will further, boost its already popular gaming brand across regulated markets on the continent with the help of SSC’s premium products.
Through the exclusive licensing agreement, the Canadian corporation will be able to license select titles from SSC’s catalogue, and adapt the products for North American, European, and players from other legal markets. Now, all titles developed via SSC’s intellectual property will become part of the “powered by Bragg” library of exclusive slot games from its partner studios.
Doug Fallon, Group Director of Content at BGG, said that as a developing content-driver B2B provider of iGaming solutions, the company continues to invest big in the enhancement of its game portfolio. He believes that the new licensing agreement brings to their offerings an established, well-known brand which will positively resonate with their customers.
He continued by saying that the company expects to launch its first SSC title next year for players in U.S. and U.K. before expanding into other global markets. He shared that the team is eager to work with SCC’s innovative content to bring their popular games to the rapidly growing iGaming market, and said the collaboration is a key progression for the company’s content-driven strategies.
Rebranding its Subsidiaries and More
At the end of September, Bragg Gaming Group announced that it will be uniting its subsidiaries ORYX Gaming, Wild Streak Gaming and Spin Games under one single brand. Now, its ORYX Gaming will transform into Bragg Ljubljana, while Spin Games’ offices in U.S. and India will turn into Bragg Reno and Bragg Chennai respectively. The company will also open a new Bragg Las Vegas office later this year.
However, that is not all the news from the Canadian iGaming leader in September 2022. The company also informed of a partnership with one of the industry’s leaders Bally’s Corporation. This collaboration allows for the Ontario-based gaming provider to launch its finest content to brands of Bally’s Interactive subdivisions. This includes the company’s Virgin Casino, JackpotJoy and Vera&John.
