Local Contributions
Back in April 2021, the Nichols gaming establishment along with Vernon Downs Casino Hotel both hosted charitable events. This was in order to provide meals to local residents with the help of the Food Bank of the Southern Tier and the Food Bank of Central New York. Tioga Downs Casino Resort has provided plenty of meals to the people for the Easter holidays as it donated over 5,000 dinners to local households.
However, that is not all as the casino resort has also made a US$100,000 donation to the Food Bank of the Southern Tier. It also provided meals to 62 more organizations.
