This week, Canadian-based iGaming provider, Bragg Gaming Group, announced that it will be further expanding its area of operations with a Pennsylvania entry. At a Wednesday meeting, the supplier informed that has been approved by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board to join the state’s Commonwealth’s robust iGaming market and offer its premium products to other entities in the regime.
Bragg Gaming Group is an international online gaming supplier and content aggregator, and since its inception in 2018, it has made its way into some key jurisdictions from around the world. Via its subsidiary, ORYX Gaming, the company is able to deliver proprietary, exclusive, and aggregated casino content to its many partners through the RGS and ORYX Hub distribution platforms.
One More Entry
After acquiring a license from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, the Canadian supplier is now allowed to enter the state’s Commonwealth’s competitive online betting market. This approval is the final regulatory license required before the company finalizes the previously announced purchase of the Nevada-based Spin Games. The deal should be completed this month.
Spin Games is a Nevada B2B gaming technology and content provider currently operating in numerous U.S. markets. The supplier of iGaming content currently holds licenses in key U.S. states including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Connecticut. In the said markets, the company has managed to partner up with numerous tier 1 operators.
Yaniv Spielberg, Chief Strategy Officer for Bragg Gaming Group shared that the team appreciates the diligence of PGCB and its staff members in the review of the application and thanked them for the approval. He added that the supplier is also looking forward to making the acquisition of Spin Games final in the upcoming weeks. He explained that the team has worked really hard on integrating the RGS server with the Nevada company.
As a result of this, Mr. Spielberg stated that the company is now ready to commence operation in numerous U.S. markets, once the finalization of the deal is complete later this month. He is optimistic that Spin Games and RGS’s combined strength will be able to deliver the company’s advanced player engagement, data tools, platform technology, and content will bring great benefit in numerous U.S. markets.
Q2 Highlights
