Wild Streak Gaming, which was recently acquired by Bragg Gaming Group, announced that the company will continue its cooperation with Sega Sammy Creation Inc. The two entities have officially signed a contract extension to continue their collaboration for two more slot titles. As the latter will develop the companyâs hit titles Dragon Power⢠and Egyptian Magic⢠for land-based casinos.
The now subsidiary of Bragg Gaming Group is based in Nevada and it is a wholly-owned US gaming content studio. The company has an impressive portfolio of casino games that are available in land-based and digital formats. Its content is distributed to many international gaming markets including the United States and the United Kingdom.
Two More Joint Projects
According to the new agreement, Sega Sammy Creation will now develop the companyâs renowned titles Dragon Power⢠and Egyptian Magic⢠for brick-and-mortar casinos facilities. The two games are already launched in the online gaming space and have accumulated great popularity in the industry. Dragon Power⢠has enjoyed success for the company in New Jersey ever since its launch in the state in May 2020.
Dragon Power⢠was even ranked as number 3 in the best slot game rankings, according to the 2021 Eilers-Fantini Online Game Performance report. Previously both corporations have worked together in a game design agreement on Wild Streak Gamingâs Congo Cash⢠and Fairy Dustâ˘. Both titles will be now showcased on the Sega Genesis Crest⢠cabinet at the Global Gaming Expo in Las Vegas this October.
Doug Fallon, Managing Director of Group Content at Bragg Gaming Group and founder of the subsidiary firm said that the company has enjoyed collaborating with Sega Sammy Creation on the development of the previous two slot games. He added that the team is eager to extend its working relationship with the studio and work on the titles Dragon Power⢠and Egyptian Magic⢠for land-based casino adoption.
Scott Winzeler, current Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at the gaming studio also commented on the recent deal. He said that their partners have an excellent resume of providing top-quality gaming titles, that enjoy plenty of interest among gaming fans. He finished his statement by saying that he is pleased to see the partnership continue and that he is looking forward to bringing two more exquisite slots to land-based casinos.
Purchase Completed
iGaming aggregator and content provider Bragg Gaming Group announced the acquisition of Wild Streak Gaming in June this year, in a deal worth over US$30 million. The Nevada-based developer has received US$10 million in cash and US$20 million worth of common shares of its now-parent company. The shares will be distributed in the course of the next three years.
Q2 Results
In July, the global content provider and aggregator released its financial statistics for its second quarter, which concluded on June 30, 2021. The company reported total revenue of CA$17.7 million, which is 23.5% better than last yearâs same quarter. During Q2, the company has also applied for a listing on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange, which became reality later in Q3.
