More and more females work their way up the professional ladder and showcase excellent characteristics and leadersā mentality. The lottery leader was listed in one of the important lists seeking progressive companies working towards diversification of the structure.
Female Representation
For the second year in a row, the Report on Business magazine has worked on the comprehensive list of companies with women leaders. Gender equality within the workforce is a task many Canadian companies are working towards, and, as the magazine puts it, they deserve praise for doing so. March is known for being a month praising women, which is the reason why the list is unveiled at this time.
Executive positions within the structure of the company are in the spotlight in this case, since they have the potential to trigger growth and transform the way things happen. Some of those are Chief Executive Officers, C-suite, and Executive or Senior Vice Presidents. Over the course of the past 12 months, upwards of 40 percent of Pollard Banknote Limited leadership roles have shown female leadership.
This includes Vice President roles, along with all of the departments of the company. Some of the individuals were also mentioned, such as Jennifer Westbury, Executive Vice President, Sales & Customer Development.
