Christmas and the holidays are a time when people get together and spend more time home, celebrating their friendship and relationships, spending quality time with their family, and gift giving. This year it is going to be even more special, as the horse racing leader is ready to bring closer some of its 2021 live races and introduce them in December.
Some of the March races part of the rich schedule of Woodbine Mohawk Park will now take place this December, making it possible for more individuals to watch them with their families and possibly place wagers on the winning racehorse. December 22, 2020 is going to see the first rescheduled event, just like December 28. New Yearās Eve will also witness live racing events at the harness racing hotspot, just like New Yearās Day.
The races that were postponed were originally supposed to take place on March 25-27, as well as March 29, 2021. Projections are that this change of plans will make it possible for more individuals to explore the world of harness racing and get into it with the help of the live broadcast happening. Online betting will also help the horse people of Ontario.
Live Racing
What should be pointed out is that Woodbine Mohawk Park is not planning to take its traditional nine-day break at the end of December. Instead, it will dedicate the last days of March to this short hiatus. March 23, 2021 will see the beginning of track maintenance at the popular location. It will continue all the way to March 31, 2021.
This will set the tone for the new live racing season starting in the spring months. Woodbine Entertainment has also introduced some changes to the racing schedule in the foreseeable future. This week will see new post times for Thoroughbred horse racing at Woodbine Racetrack. The changes apply to Friday, November 6, as well as Saturday, November 7.
The ultimate goal for the racing leader is to avoid overlap with the Breedersā Cup championship races from Keeneland. In order to allow players the chance to participate in all racing events, Woodbine Entertainment unveiled that November 6 will see race commence at 4:45 p.m. November 7 will see racing start at 12:25 p.m. Live Thoroughbred racing will continue all the way to December 13.
