NeoPollard Interactive, a subsidiary of Pollard Banknote and NeoGames S.A., announced that it will be continuing its work with the West Virginia Lottery. Just recently, the prominent lottery product provider received a contract extension from the U.S. agency. Via the deal, the supplier will deliver its turn-key iLottery System to its long-term partner.
It should be mentioned that NeoPollard Interactive is a renowned provider of industry-leading iLottery solutions in the North American sector. It works with the largest share of U.S. lotteries that sell digitally, and it helped them design and deploy complex gaming solutions in support of generating incremental revenue for good causes in their respective regions.
Terms of the 10-Year Contract
Now through the new contract, the lottery will utilize NPiās first-in-class technology, including NeoGames’ NeoSphere player account management system and NeoDraw, a central gaming system for draw games. It will also gain access to Pollard Banknote’s playONĀ® Player Engagement Platform which will bolster its Playerās Circle loyalty program for better player acquisition, retention, and retail sales.
Additionally, West Virginians will also gain access to NeoGames’ Games Studio collection, which features a complete suite of captivating eInstant and draw-based titles. Also, Pollard Banknote will deliver a fully integrated mobile app allowing players to play iLottery, collect, and redeem loyalty points, check tickets, enter contests, access information on games, find the nearest retailer and more.
The program is also set to utilize a full suite of managed services, in order to boost player engagement and maximize revenue for public education, senior services, and other good causes in the jurisdiction. This also means the backing of NPiās Ignite Player Marketing team, which will ensure the growth of the iLottery program and provide data-driven recommendations.

The product is based on CATAN which is a rapidly expanding game brand and is quite popular among adults under 35 of age.
In addition to that in July 2023, the Manitoba-based lottery supplier aided the British Columbia Lottery Corporation in the launch of JAWS Scratch & Win instant ticket. As the name implies, the game is inspired by the iconic blockbuster directed by Steven Spielberg and released in 1975. The product turned out quite a hit and generated CA$1.6 million in sales in the first three weeks.
