Great Canadian Entertainment has announced a revolutionary collaboration with the world-renowned Chef Gordon Ramsey. Via the deal, the acclaimed cook will bring his culinary offerings to the operator’s casinos and resorts across Canada. It is revealed that the partnership will introduce multiple dining experiences to the Canadian market.
Established in 1982, Great Canadian Entertainment is one of Canada’s largest operators of casino resorts with 25 locations across Ontario, British Columbia, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia. Through its gambling activities, the corporation is able to support over 1,400 charitable and non-profit organizations across Canada and support healthcare, education and social services.
Official Entry in the Canadian Market
It was reported that in the fall, Gordan Ramsay Burger will kick off operations at the company’s Hard Rock Casino Vancouver, accompanied by Gordon Ramsey Steak next year at River Rock Casino Resort. This will be the official debut of the brands in Canada. The partnership will mark a massive milestone for the casino operator and Gordon Ramsay North America.

Hard Rock Casino Vancouver will be the first home of Gordon Ramsay Burger in Canada, and his trademark burger concept combines culinary elegance with comfort food nostalgia. Guests of the new dining venue will be able to indulge in a selection of gourmet burgers, sauces made from scratch, and handcrafted shakes, all of which combine for a world-class dining experience.
Meanwhile, at Gordon Ramsey Steak, famous for its exquisite atmosphere and exceptional services, guests of River Rock Casino Resort will be able to dive into the finest dining experience there is. It will offer expertly crafted dishes showcasing the chef’s signature flair, using only the finest ingredients. Starting from juicy steaks all the way to the chef’s trademark Beef Wellington.
Launching Canada’s Largest Casino
This summer is one of huge importance to Great Canadian Entertainment, as on June 20, 2023, the corporation launched its Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto which is in close proximity to Woodbine Racetrack. It boasts 4,800 slot machines, 145 live table games, VIP rooms and sports betting terminals and it cost the company CA$1 billion.
However, the gaming resort is also set to feature a Poker Room which should start work sometime during the summer season. It will offer 30 tables on a completely private floor with electronic table games and slots for those who are waiting for a spot.
