Ms. Rossetto explained that she was at home with her husband when she discovered the windfall and they immediately went to a local grocery store for confirmation. The winner also commented that with the prize she plans on celebrating with a huge shopping spree, going on a trip, buying a brand-new car, and of course helping out her family financially.
