Now, the winner will have up to 52 weeks to contact Loto-Québec, the province’s lottery entity, and claim their prize.

The jackpot can reach the whooping CA$70 million, and draws can also provide players with a chance of winning a Maxmillion prize which is worth CA$1 million each. The Friday, November 12 draw determined that a ticket holder from Quebec will be the next Canadian lottery millionaire. The province’s Crown agency reports that the name of the lucky winner is not yet known and advises everyone from the province who had a ticket for the Friday Lotto Max draw to carefully check their numbers. The winner will now be CA$50 million richer.
Last Friday’s draw also provided participants with the chance of winning two Maxmillion prizes, each worth CA$1,000,000. However, both of the prizes have remained unclaimed. The next Lotto Max draw will be held on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, and it will offer a main prize of CA$12 million. Tickets are already available for purchase.
Guaranteed Prize Won
Canada’s other popular lottery game Lotto 6/49 has also awarded a significant prize last week. According to the BCLC, the guaranteed prize of CA$1 million has been acquired by a ticket holder from British Columbia. The winning numbers for the winner of the guaranteed prize of the draw are 19675243-05. The player will also have 52 weeks to contact the corporation and obtain their prize.
However, the main prize of CA$5 million during Saturday’s Lotto 6/49 draw has remained intact. The winning numbers for the jackpot were 05, 06, 07, 18, 25 & 37. The next draw for the game will be hosted on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, and it will have a main prize worth approximately CA$6 million up for grabs.
