Once again, the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Commission adds another layer of entertainment to its regulated online gaming platform OLG.ca. The Crown agency has recently struck a new partnership and acquired the services of Evolution. Now, the latter’s casino games will be exclusively launched in the province’s only regulated online platform.
The Crown’s platform OLG.ca offers tons of gaming products, including hundreds of slot titles and table games, as well as plenty of lottery products and now sports-betting with the recently launched PROLINE+. The platform is available for playing from any device located in the province of Ontario, and 100% of the proceeds are reinvested in the local economy.
New Content Now Live
Thanks to its new partner Evolution, the OLG has now launched the provider’s live dealer games, where players will be able to interact with real-life dealers via live streams. The croupiers shuffle and deal real cards, and spin a real roulette spin, thus creating an authentic and almost life-like casino experience for the players who await the result of the spin.
Chief Digital and Strategy Officer at the Crown corporation, Dave Pridmore, says the agency is pleased to launch these dynamic Live Casino games to its digital portal. The official also said that the OLG is always looking into delivering greater variety with its online offerings by bringing in new partners like Evolution, that keep hardcore fans entertained and attract new audiences.
In order for Ontarians to play gaming titles on the OLG platform they need to be at least 19 years of age, and for lottery offerings, they need to be 18. Currently, Live Casino by Evolution is available to play 24/7, and it features titles such as Ultimate Texas Hold ‘Em, Baccarat, Roulette and Auto Roulette, Infinite Blackjack, and Ontario-only Blackjack available every day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST.
Jeff Millar, Commercial Director, North America at Evolution also commented on the recent deal by saying that the partnership with OLG strengthens the company’s footprint in Canada while providing world-class Live Casino games to locals. Mr. Milla also shared that the provider is delighted to be supplying its live dealer games to the Crown and deliver exceptional content to the province’s players.
PROLINE+ Launched
On the day of the enactment of Bill C-218, the legislation that legalized single-sports betting in Canada, the OLG has also launched a brand-new digital sportsbook named PROLINE+. This way, the Crown became the first entity to launch the new offering in the country. The platform comes with numerous sports-related betting opportunities such as pre-match or live bets while playing on the move.
AGS Deal
In order to further improve its already rich portfolio of iGaming offerings on OLG.ca, in the summer, the Crown agency signed a content supply agreement with prominent gaming brand AGS. Now, the provider’s Class II and III slot games are available on the online portal. The company’s top-performing titles such as Bonanza Blast®, Capital Gains®, Fu Nan Fu Nu®, Rakin Bacon!®, and Vegas Stacks® are available for playing.
