This week, the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation revealed the name of a previous Maxmillion winner from the Lotto Max game a while back. According to the Crown agency, Antoine Beaini from Milton has claimed his cheque for the prize and is now significantly richer by CA$1,000,000. His ticket was drawn as a winner of the prize in June this year.
Mr. Beaini is one of the many Lotto Max’s fans from the country, as the game is preferred by numerous of lottery players and rightly so. Every year Canadians hundreds of millions of dollars by playing the draw-based game, which has a draw two times a week. Also, the offering’s main prize can reach the whooping amount of CA$70 million and participants can also grab a Maxmillion prize.
Hefty Winning
The life of Mr. Beaini has definitely changed for the better as he is now the proud winner of the CA$1,000,000 Maxmillion prize. After arriving at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto, the 67-year-old man revealed that he has been a lottery player ever since 1982. And finally, his favorite number combination has paid off big time in the June 18 Lotto Max draw.
The winner shared that he has been playing the lottery with the same numbers for quite a while now, as he had previously had some small winnings with them, and decided to stick with them. Mr. Beaini bought his ticket at Rabba on Hurontario Street in Mississauga and plans to invest the prize, purchase a new vehicle, and take his family on a trip.
More Winners
Additionally, the OLG revealed that Guelph’s Phillip Kellman and Kathleen Gorelle have also benefited substantially from the Canadian lottery. They are now CA$1,000,000 richer as they have won the main prize on Instant $1,000,000 Jackpot. The grandparents from Guelph are now looking forward to a financially stress-free retirement.
The couple has purchased the ticket at Pioneer Snack Express on Wellington Street in Guelph and as all big-time lottery winners, they needed some time to realize the amount of money they have won. The Crown entity also informs that William Higgins from Fergus has won a CA$50,000 prize in the May 22 evening draw of Daily Keno Pick 7.
East Gwillimbury Winner
Previously, the OLG has also revealed the identity of the winner of the CA$65 million Lotto Max jackpot that was won in the July 6 draw. The name of the winner is Jansen Ng and he is from East Gwillimbury, the 41-year-old former member of the military claimed his cheque at an OLG office and shared some of his plans for the money. He intends on helping out other fellow veterans and treating himself with a new electric car.
Prairies Ticket Holder
On a more recent note, in August the Crown corporation of Ontario informed that the CA$34,000,000 Lotto Max jackpot has been won. According to the reports, the August 6, 2021 draw of the game has blessed a lotto player from Prairies. The name of the winner is not yet known to the public, but he or she will have up to 52 weeks to contact the agency and claim their hefty winnings.
